To me, yoga is an essential part of my life. As a regular runner I feel that Iyengar
yoga in particular complements cardio exercise. Yoga gives my body strength, flexibility and stamina. But it also enables me to relax and breathe, giving me a moment of calmness in my busy life. I feel amazing after every class!
